Roll-to-Roll Machine

With our Roll to Roll heat transfer press we’ve made the process simple and quick. Just put the fabric or material at the laser positioning mark and start transferring in one step (positioning of heat transfer, pressing and peeling off, all in 1 by pressing a foot pedal). Important advantage of the process is the productivity increase by 400%-600% for your manufacturing industry.

Insoles

For labels used in shoe insoles, HasTagLab offers insole heat transfer. They are OEKO-TEX® Class 1, extremely durable, while the transfer is stable and won’t be damaged by abrasion. T heir high durability and ability to hold the label make them unique and ideal for insoles. They provide a very easy and practical way of labelling insoles, especially in roll form.

Eco

Heat transfer labels apply and adhere to the highest globally recognised standards. They are OEKO-TEX® Class 1, ideal for tagless inner labels or small heat transfer designs. This technique offers high elasticity and low transfer temperature for elastic and sensitive fabrics. Low cure roll heat transfer labels are exceptionally soft to the touch and can be ironed. Our ECO roll heat transfers are ideal for sportswear, inner tags, underwear and much more. The production on a roll-to- roll (R2R) machine is 500-1000 pieces/hour.
