Heat transfers

ECO
ECO heat transfers are OEKO-TEX® Class 1 certified, making them particularly suitable for tagless inner labels and small heat transfer designs.
Designed for application at low temperatures, they offer high elasticity and an exceptionally soft touch, making them suitable for delicate and stretchable fabrics. They can also be ironed.
ECO heat transfers are widely used in sportswear, underwear, T-shirts, socks and babywear.
When applied using a Roll-to-Roll (R2R) system, application rates of 600–1,000 pieces per hour can be achieved.

Insoles
HasTagLab offers specialised heat transfers designed for labelling shoe insoles.
OEKO-TEX® Class 1 certified, these transfers provide excellent durability and abrasion resistance, ensuring that labels remain securely attached and legible despite repeated friction during use.

3D
HasTagLab offers specialised 3D Heat Transfers designed to give logos and designs a distinctive raised effect, adding dimension and visual impact to garments.
Produced with a thickness of 0.6 mm, these transfers are applied directly to the garment and are particularly suitable for sportswear and other clothing applications.
They are abrasion-resistant and washable, combining a distinctive three-dimensional appearance with durability.
